Mastering your Voice.
Yiyi’s 8 Core Principles is an all-boy conformation that champions Character Educational Building (C.E.B) by empowering and uplifting members by applying the 8 Core principles throughout the week. Yiyi’s ‘Mastering Your Voice’ will empower, uplift, and encourage participants in honing their public speaking skills in front of an audience.
Mission Statement
To motivate adolescents to walk in their purposeful gifted abilities by showcasing their talents through speaking engagements, one-on-one mentoring and structured courses.
Outcome
To enhance writing proficiency, exhibit confident leadership abilities, and ultimately unmasking effective public speaking skills in front of an audience.
Benefits
Members will receive wristbands, a shirt, name badge, food, drink, certifícate of completion, gold metal,
and more.
8-week course overview
- Students will learn self-awareness, self-management, learning how to save money, land earning how to make responsible decisions.
- Students will learn how to deliver firm handshakes.
- Students will learn how to project their voice and keep strong eye contact with others.
- Students will learn different role-playing, for example (Students getting in order by their age without saying anything)
- Students will learn positive affirmations reinforcements as if it's their names.
- Students will learn through board games measuring social and emotional learning through behavior exercise, board games, cards, large character educational ball.
- The Young kings will have crowns.
Weekly course agenda
Week 1: Social Order
Mr. U will select 2-3 captains, depending on the class size, to lead the team. Captains will assist with special projects and guide when it comes to completing social tasks in a structured social order.
Week 2: Honesty
Learn integrity and become less likely to steal, cheat or lie.
Week 3: Accountability
Learn how to accept responsibility for your actions.
Week 4: Teamwork
Learn how to cooperate and coordinate as a group acting together to complete a common cause.
Week 5: Respect
Learn how to give respect, proper acknowledgment of worth, and courtesy to something or someone
Week 6: Integrity
Learn more personal ethical principles of self while exhibiting righteousness to others.
Week 7: Love
Learn to care and appreciate self-loving and first seek to understand before speaking. (Color: White paper crowns)
Week 8 Power
Learn to balance strengths, might and force within the “self.”
Week 9: Rehearse and practice.
Learn how to articulate all 8 Core Principals through role-playing and various actions.
Week 10: Graduation
